Meet the Founder

DeJane' Hill is a thought leader, coach, and expert in personal growth and development, with a particular focus on empowering black women. As the founder of ReBirth University, DeJane' is dedicated to helping black women heal from past traumas, connect with their feminine divine energy, break generational curses, and build generational wealth by creating a personal brand.

With over 10 years of experience in coaching and personal development, DeJane' has helped hundreds of women overcome their limiting beliefs, embrace their authentic selves, and achieve their personal and financial goals. DeJane’s approach is grounded in a deep understanding of the challenges facing black women today, and she is passionate about creating a community of like-minded individuals who can support each other on their journey of growth and healing.

DeJane' is a sought-after speaker and has been featured in a variety of media outlets, including Black News, Vizca, and TVOne. She has also been a featured speaker at events such as the Women’s Wellness Summit and the National Association of Black Female Executives.

DeJane' holds a Bachelor's degree in Business Management from American InterContinental University and she’s working on a Master's degree in Theology and Leadership. She is a certified transformation coach and has received training in a variety of coaching and personal development methodologies, including cognitive-behavioral therapy, positive psychology, and mindfulness.
